It sorta helped me stay on track, but it did miss one important reminder that I was counting on. Overall it was useful, just not perfect

Payment went through without any issues, but I probably spent a minute or two trying to figure out the fees and what the final total was going to be. It wasn’t a huge deal, maybe just a bit confusing at the last step. I just wish the full price was shown more clearly before checkout

I was a bit unsure about uploading personal videos at first, but VidDay did a good job making the privacy stuff clear and easy to understand. The sharing settings were simple too, which helped. I still had that little bit of hesitation just because it is personal content, but I didn’t get any weird emails or run into any issues afterward. Overall, I feel okay about using it again.

The upload itself went through fine, so that part was okay, but the instructions were—i had to stop and reread them a few times because they weren’t very clear. I got it done in the end, but it could definitely be explained better

I ended up having to ask for a refund because the video didn’t work out for our event. They did respond, and I did get my money back, so I can’t really complain too much, right? It just took a few days, and I had to follow up once, which was a little frustrating. Who wants to chase down a refund after already being disappointed? That said, support was polite and handled it in the end, so overall I’d call it an okay experience.

I used VidDay mostly on my phone, and overall it did what I needed, but yeah, it wasn’t exactly smooth the whole way through. Uploading the clips was easy for the most part, but a couple of videos just sat there loading forever, and I had to refresh once to get things moving again. The mobile layout also felt kind of tight in places, especially when I was trying to edit messages or check the preview. It’s not awful or anything, but it feels like one of those things that probably works way better on a laptop. It got the job done, just had a few annoying moments along the way.

I really liked how many templates there was, but it never felt confusing or overwhelming. I found one I liked quick, put the video together, and it ended up looking really nice. It was super easy to use.

Sending the invite link was so easy, and everyone was able to add their videos without me having to explain much at all. It made the whole thing feel way less stressful, which I really apreciated

We ended up watching it twice.

I really appreciated that VidDay showed the price clearly before I paid. Like, I knew exactly what I was getting and exactly what it was going to cost, which is not always the case with these kinds of sites. No random add-ons popping up at the very end, no surprise fees, no weird last-minute stuff. It just made the whole process feel a lot less stressful. I’d definitely use it again.

I guess I just reached out at a weird time, so that part was a little inconvenient, but they still got back to me fast. They answered my question right away without making me go back and forth, which I really appreciated.

Vidday was simple to figure out and I didn’t have any major trouble putting everything together, but the rendering took longer than I expected and I kept checking back thinking it would be ready any minute, so while the video did turn out fine in the end and I was able to share it, it definitely wasn’t the fastest experience.

So... I really loved the songs. They were fun to listen to and kept me enjoying the whole experience

I used VidDay for my sister’s birthday it turned out really sweet. I’m not the most techy person, but adding clips and photos was straightforward. Everyone was able to upload their videos without much hassle too, even my parents figured it out lol. I’ve looked at a couple other similar video gift services before, and VidDay felt less confusing and more organized. The final video made my sister cry, in a good way, so I’d say it was worth it. The price felt fair for what we got, and I’d definitely use it again for a big birthday, retirement gift, or something like that.

The app does what it says, so that’s nice. I just wasn’t thrilled with how limited the downloads felt, especially when I was expecting a bit more flexibility. But hey, if only needing a few downloads is your thing, it’ll probably be fine...

The video itself turned out okay, but sharing it was more annoying than I expected. It’s kind of hard to describe, but I thought there would be simpler options to send it around or post it somewhere. I ended up messing with links more than I wanted to. Not terrible, just not great
